By engaging with LunaLogic Tech, you agree to our project engagement process, which typically begins with a Technical Discovery phase to define scope and requirements.
For most custom engineering projects, a non-refundable Technical Discovery fee or deposit is required to secure research and dedicated engineering resources. This ensures high-quality architecture from day one.
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW), client-specific code and assets developed during a project become the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. LunaLogic Tech retains rights to general-purpose libraries and proprietary AI models developed independently.
Projects are delivered in milestones. Acceptance of a milestone constitutes agreement that the work meets the defined criteria for that phase.
LunaLogic Tech provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence and security, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our software.
These terms are governed by the laws of our primary jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through professional arbitration.
